Builds organizational capacity for direct services, movement-building, and legal representation partnerships that help women reentering from incarceration reunite with or retain custody of their children. Enhances advocacy education, leadership skills training, and statewide action focused on narrowing the front door to the child welfare system and improving standards of care for incarcerated pregnant and birthing people.
