In partnership with the Monroe County Family Justice Partnership, pilot a model in Monroe County to ensure opioid settlement funds strengthen Black families instead of surveilling them through the child welfare system. This project will analyze county spending, elevate family-identified solutions, and organize statewide advocacy for equitable, healing-centered investment.
