The National Black Harm Reduction Network is dedicated to advancing harm reduction principles that optimize health and wellness for Black people who are disproportionately harmed by public health initiatives, the criminal legal system, and drug policies.

Develop a strategic plan to guide advocacy at the intersection of drug policy and child welfare reform in New York State, including identification of key harm reduction allies to support initiatives. The Network will use a combination of cross-movement building, political education, and advocacy related to the allocation of county-level opioid settlement funds.
