Reimagine Community response for child and family wellbeing

HOPE585 is dedicated to creating a relationship-centered community for Rochester youth and families impacted by the child welfare system, helping them transition from trauma to a place of power and belonging. Through the Reimagine Initiative, the organization addresses issues at the intersection of poverty, neglect, and system involvement to keep children safe and with their families.
