Family Justice Law Center (FJLC) uses affirmative litigation to seek justice for families mistreated by the child welfare system. FJLC utilizes a mix of class actions, strategic appeals, individual cases, and amicus briefs to challenge and remedy routine and entrenched policies and practices that lead to harmful family surveillance and separation.
